The equipment and materials required for the installation are specified on the attachment and will be itemized on the final quotation.
Should additional material be required you will be notified, and this will be added to the final invoice.

It is proposed that one team comprising of 2 technicians be allowed at least a full day to install the fireplace unless otherwise discussed.
Additional installation time required outside of Blaze’s control will be billed in addition should the need arise.

With proper use, care and maintenance our fireplaces should last 10-20 years. For your peace of mind however, we do offer a 1- 2 year warranty on steel units and a 5 year warranty on cast iron units – T&C’s apply.

To maintain your unit at peak performance our accompanying documents provided should be studied carefully and operating conditions followed. It is recommended that a Service Agreement be entered into which includes pre-operations checks and annual inspections.

Blaze offers a free initial site consultation, installation and full service and backup.
The areas serviced by Blaze are the Greater Johannesburg and Pretoria as well as Gauteng and areas outside of Gauteng by special arrangement.

A variety of firewood products can be ordered from Blaze and delivered.
